A Fast Last Approaching

I can already feel it.  This is the year for some big "LAST" things.  I wonder how I'll handle it...

For one, this is Alek's LAST year in elementary school. It's actually a little stunning to think that this baby we brought home nearly ten years ago is going to be ending his elementary school career this year. 

 Are you kidding me? It makes me feel a little panicky, a little worried that I didn't pack enough into these years, and yet I'm smart enough to be grateful that he is happy and healthy and our years have chugged along just as they are supposed to do.

Life is good. It's just fast.
