Plan B consisted of THREE components.
ONE: Allow the kids to play in the snow in June.
As they said to us while begging: "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity!"
Grown-ups like snow, too!
They had a great time!
Then back on the road. We passed through Breckenridge and ate at
The Motherlode Cafe!
TWO: Visit the Royal Gorge. The kids weren't that impressed until they saw...
yes.... A CAROUSEL!!!!
And then we rode a cute little trolly car across the gorge...
And Alek saw this: It's called the Sky Coaster. Just watch.
Strapping in...
Yep.... I had to watch this.
Good grief....
But they loved it and survived to walk back across the Gorge!
And then we took the Incline Rail down to the bottom!
